Job Description
Are you a hunter who thrives on building robust highperformance web applications Do you have a passion for clean code and want to take ownership of critical features from concept to deployment Were looking for a Senior FullStack Developer whos fluent in Fastify and React and ready to take the lead on critical builds. Youll be handson in the codebase help shape our architecture and guide junior developers as we scale.

What Youll Do:
- Own key features endtoend: architecture development testing and deployment.
- Develop fast scalable APIs using with Fastify.
- Build clean responsive UIs in React ( experience is a plus).
- Help scope and estimate tasks for sprints and contribute to technical planning.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to turn requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability as user base grows.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in fullstack development with demonstrated expertise.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Fastify and React ecosystem.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS Vercel or similar).
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions with confidence.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills you can explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with microservices architecture WebSockets or background job processing.
- Previous work in a SaaS or startup setting.
- Comfortable in Agile environments using tools like Jira or GitHub Projects.
- Experience with performance optimization and scaling web applications.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and testing frameworks.
