Property Soar is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. This position requires excellent communication skills a problemsolving mindset and a passion for helping others. You will be the first point of contact for clients and tenants assisting with inquiries requests and service coordination.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding property services availability and procedures
Log and track service requests and client communications
Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary
Maintain uptodate records of client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
Meet performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a call center customer service or administrative role (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office call center software etc.)
