Job Description
Property Soar is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. This position requires excellent communication skills a problemsolving mindset and a passion for helping others. You will be the first point of contact for clients and tenants assisting with inquiries requests and service coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding property services availability and procedures

  • Log and track service requests and client communications

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary

  • Maintain uptodate records of client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution

  • Meet performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Previous experience in a call center customer service or administrative role (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office call center software etc.)
