We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Columbus OH. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about marketing strategy and customer engagement. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing plans assist the sales team in lead generation and outreach efforts and help track campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Assist the sales team in lead tracking reporting and communication efforts
Maintain marketing materials sales tools and client communications
Support the development of email campaigns newsletters and outreach strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly marketing and sales reports
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Organize and attend promotional events trade shows and client meetings when required
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred
12 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing tools is a plus
Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
