Job Description
Purpose:
The Service Appointment Coordinatorpositionis responsible for generating serviceappointments with customers that contactthe dealership by phone or the internet for service of vehicles. This job delivers a customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt professional accurate and courteous manner. This position uses lead management tools Reynolds software and the internet to manage workflow andupdate customer files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy accuracy and professionalism.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Reynolds system
- Generate service appointments.
- Conduct customer phone follow up.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools.
- Completeall necessary reports forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
- Perform cashier duties as requested.
- Cross trained in cashier andscanning positions as well.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Go out of your way to take care of the customer.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work in call center environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend rules regulations policies and procedures.
