Heres What You Need
Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program required and
BSN preferred or
Masters Degree in health related field preferred
Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
1 year of experience in quality/performance improvement preferred
RN upon hire required and
CPHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 3 years preferred
What You Will Do
Promote stakeholder engagement and interprofessional collaboration to improve care processes patient outcomes and patient experience.
Communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences to support achievement of quality goals.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement that leads to sustained results and optimal performance.
Implement standard performance and process improvement (PPI) methods.
Use organizational procedures to identify and report patient safety risks and events.
Use knowledge of standards and regulations to facilitate and support continuous regulatory compliance serving as a subject matter expert for others.
Develop/implement/sustain survey readiness activities
