Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to lead develop and execute strategic growth initiatives for Keystones call center platform. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving telesales partnerships optimizing outreach models and building sustainable revenue pipelines aligned with our organizational mission. The Director will operate with a high level of autonomy overseeing new business ventures client acquisition strategies and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic development and execution of national call center business initiatives with a strong focus on Medicare Marketplace and group health sales.
Design and implement outreach strategies that drive lead generation enrollment volume and partner channel performance.
Identify engage and formalize partnerships with B2B partners community organizations brokers health systems and digital marketing platforms.
Own the full business development lifecycleincluding pipeline management deal structuring contracting and partner onboarding.
Collaborate with operations compliance telesales leadership and marketing to ensure alignment and successful program launch.
Maintain deep understanding of regulatory environments including CMS/FWA HIPAA and statespecific requirements.
Utilize data insights and KPIs to refine strategies improve ROI and report performance to executive leadership.
Promote our Tech Stac. Saas product offerings as value added services and membership.
Represent Keystone Advisors at conferences virtual summits and partnership forums as a brand ambassador and growth leader.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field required; MBA or executive leadership training preferred.
7 years of progressive experience in business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role in Health Insurance Sales
Strong knowledge of health insurance sales models including Medicare Advantage ACA Marketplace and Business Outsourcing Processes.
Proven success building and scaling business units or partner channels in a regulated serviceoriented environment.
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Technologically adept with CRM lead distribution systems and performance tracking tools.
Missionaligned with a deep understanding of underserved populations and health equity goals.
