As the Warehouse Associate you will accurately and safely receive and store materials as well as pull and pack orders for pickup and delivery. You will have a focus on increasing operational efficiencies and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. These responsibilities include:
- Accurately receive store pull and pack orders for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain order status and follow special instructions.
- Process returns and log shipments into inventory.
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Communicate positively with supervisors sales staff associates and customers.
- Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean neat and safe.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Occasionally backup delivery driver.
We are seeking an adaptable Warehouse Associate to join our team. To be successful you will have:
- Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
- Operate forklifts in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills.
- Ability to lift carry and maneuver heavy materials (up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of work hours in varying weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate
- Ability to work independently
