About the Team
eBay is the #1 Collectibles marketplace in the world selling to millions of customers globally. Our mission is to be the most loved destination for collectors of trading cards memorabilia toys comics coins and more. To accomplish this we put our collectors first and innovate tirelessly to optimize experiences across our platform.
The eBay Collectibles team is looking for Sr/Jr Strategy & Insights Managers to support the US Collectibles leadership team. These roles will be responsible for framing strategy creating and refining business cases crafting compelling executiveready narratives and driving select program execution for key collectibles categories including trading cards coins comics and toys.

Other qualifications
Required
47 years of relevant experience: Analytics strategy & operations management consulting product management or similar in ecommercial retail consumer goods or consumer tech.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills highlevel proficiency in related tools: Google Slides and/or MS Powerpoint.
Excellent analytical skills experience pulling data/gathering insights and highlevel proficiency in related tools: Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
Excellent program/project management skills and highlevel proficiency in related tools: MS Project Smartsheet etc.
Travel to industry events external partners and eBay offices asneeded (4 times/year).
Preferred
MBA or similar graduate degree.
2sided marketplace experience.
Industry experience in or personal passion for Collectibles (Trading Cards Coins Comics Toys).
Proficiency in SQL coding and demonstrated expertise with Data Warehouse pulls.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101200 $174100Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
