The Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications Officer and Social Media Lead to develop implement and manage communication strategies that enhance engagement both externally and internally. This role is responsible for overseeing the agencys digital presence ensuring accurate and transparent public communication while fostering a wellinformed and connected internal workforce.
Working under general direction from the Associate Director of Communications and Public Outreach this is a professional level position that consistently applies independent judgment in assigned area of expertise and exercises decision making authority as delegated. Interacts regularly with the State Court Administrator and Human Resources to inform and connect AOCs workforce.

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENCY AND TELEWORK INFORMATION
AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State. Any exceptions must be approved. If you are invited to interview and currently reside outside of Washington State seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager for this recruitment.
This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
