Join our team as a Human Resources Clerk! We are looking for a peoplefocused detailoriented and driven individual to join our Human Resources team at our corporate offices in Grand Rapids MI. At AutoWares we strive to lead the aftermarket industry with trusted automotive parts knowledgeable teams and a peoplecentered culture. We work diligently to ensure we provide our customers with the parts and solutions that keep them moving. Through this role you will become an integral part of accomplishing this goal.
Key Responsibilities:

- Administer daytoday operations of the Human Resources and Payroll functions.
- Maintain and audit employee timekeeping attendance and payroll data using Paycom.
- Enter and process new hires in the HRIS system (Paycom) including employment prescreening coordination.
- Assist in benefits and compensation administration compliance reporting and regulatory documentation.
- Contribute to departmental and organizational development including training initiatives.
- Create and distribute HR and payrollrelated reports as needed.
- Support internal employee communication and uphold consistent professional service.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources/payroll role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word.
- Experience using Microsoft Access is preferred.
- Prior experience in payroll processing benefit administration and record keeping.
- Familiarity with Paycom HRIS is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
