Job Description

Join the prestigious Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Front Office Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering worldclass hospitality. Step into a leadership role where your passion for service attention to detail and ability to inspire will elevate our guests experiences.

Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: May 2025

Job Duties Include:

  • Oversee the daily front office operations ensuring seamless checkins smooth departures and an exceptional guest journey.
  • Hiring coaching developing and performance managing the Front Desk team
  • Resolve guest concerns with care professionalism and prompt action ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.
  • Improve service delivery by streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that hinders service 
  • Develop visionary proposals aimed at improving service climate colleague moral and shareholder return
  • Manage staff schedules and handle payroll processing.
  • Practicing room yield management to ensure maximum profitability of overall operations
  • Oversee inventory management including room types and categories.

Qualifications :

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in front office operations
  • Hotel Operations diploma or degree from a recognized institute an asset
  • Operational knowledge and use of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite

You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other nonday shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
