CGI is seeking a receptionist in our Sacramento CA office to support a busy executive office.
This position is located onsite in the office 5 days per week Monday through Friday. You will be instrumental in helping the CGI team deliver exceptional quality service to our clients. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be highly valued in this highprofile support position. Greeting visitors and staff during office hours 8am5pm (Monday to Friday)
Coordinating outgoing couriers and receiving incoming mail and couriers
Ensuring meetings are serviced efficiently by coordinating amenities such as meeting spaces guest registration technology requirements food and beverages as needed
Activate and deactivate security access cards and parking passes and maintain a comprehensive database of active cards
Maintain email distribution lists
Handle new member/member badge processing
Office space updates and daily checks of seating bookings in Door James
Direct coordinate and supervise all relevant vendors for cleaning repairs and maintenance to ensure a consistently clean and wellmaintained office
Act as a liaison with building management facilities corporate security and Partners
Addresses facility concerns or issues in a timely manner
Monitors the use of office supplies and order needed supplies in a timely manner
Coordinating events as assigned (Corporate Social Responsibility and other events)
Provide support to Sacramento Metro Directors and Executive Assistant
Special projects and other duties as assigned

High School Diploma/GED
