Job Summary:
Help at Home Senior Care Santa Rosa is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team to provide incare for a client. Full time from 9am3pm. Must have dementia experience. Must be able to drive the client as daily outings are mandatory.
This position offers a competitive salary of $2223.50 per hour to start with training certifications available to take your pay up another $1.50 over the next six months. Caregivers are paid on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily activities including personal care.
Assist with meal preparation and planning.
Medication reminders according to care plan and document any changes or concerns.
Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client care and progress
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Current Drivers License and Auto insurance
Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions is a plus
