Manufacturing Engineer Foundry
This role will require working with machine maintenance skilled trades and manufacturing engineers to develop Preventative Maintenance Plans and enter those plans into SAP for maintenance scheduling and workload leveling. You will provide engineering design and project management for the facility infrastructure grounds production equipment and processes. The projects will be complex requiring integration and coordination with various engineering disciplines.
Job Description
Plan coordinate and execute manufacturing engineering projects in the foundry environment.
Collaborate with engineering production quality and supply chain teams to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
Establish routings methods processes and layouts for assembly and production lines.
Conduct cost analysis methods documentation quality plans and labor standards for new and existing products.
Provide onfloor support and troubleshoot production issues.
Drive continuous improvements in cost quality safety and ergonomics.
Improve material flow and material presentation.
Conduct time studies for capacity energy usage productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
1 years of foundry or process engineering experience.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through experience or handson projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
Effective communication troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Valid Drivers License.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing fabrication or assembly environments.
Background in manufacturing line/process design.
Familiarity with SAP MES Creo and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods.
Experience with labor standards and performancebased pay systems.
Background in controls engineering and safety system design.
Robotics programming and troubleshooting experience.
Database management capabilities.

Pay Range: $65000$85000 Commensurate with experience
