Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Assistant Intern to join our Headquarters IT Team for the summer. This internship offers handson experience in supporting our IT operations and gaining exposure to various aspects of IT infrastructure and support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
Help with system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
Provide basic technical support to endusers.
Assist in setting up workstations and resolving connectivity issues.
Contribute to IT projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a degree program related to Information Technology or a similar field.
Basic understanding of IT principles and systems.
Strong problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
