At Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis were always looking to add top talent to our growing highperforming Collision Center.
If youre a highly skilled Body Shop Technician who takes pride in quality repairs has a strong work ethic and wants to be part of a collaborative forwardthinking shop we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute precise collision repairs including structural metal and panel replacement
Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines
Perform frame measurements and straightening
Work closely with painters estimators and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized bay
Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in body repair (preferred)
Knowledge of frame machines welding and modern repair tools
Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
ICAR ASE or OEM certifications (preferred but not required)
A teamfirst attitude and commitment to excellence
