Summary of the Position: The St. Lawrence County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of the program.
- Individual is responsible for multiple office duties including but not limited to: preparing weekly paperwork processing payroll and maintaining confidential client and personnel records. Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff families and other service providers.
- Applicant should be organized pay attention to detail have good time management skills and work with computers (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
- Must be able to work independently have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associates Degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer knowledge is necessary specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Some understanding of insurance and thirdparty billing is helpful.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skill
- Flexibility in hours and nontraditional work hours may work some evenings or weekends
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage is required.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
