Unified Group Services is a fullservice third party administrator (TPA) for selfinsured group health plans. Were dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the flexibility our customers desire in administering employee benefit plans.
Unified Group Services has a reputation for excellent customer service in the marketplace and this position is crucial to continuing that status.
The job of the Implementation Coordinator is to be the point person for all communication (internal and external) during the transition of a new customer to Unified Group Services for administration of their employee benefit plan. The implementation coordinator should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and must be comfortable speaking in front of an audience. The candidate should be skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. An understanding of benefit plan design is helpful. The candidate must be a selfstarter and work independently while under pressure to meet deadlines. Some travel may be required as well as flexibility in workday hours.

HOURS REQUIRED: 40 per week Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
PAY BASIS: Hourly
This is an intheoffice position. We are located just off I69 Exit 226.
