Job Description
The Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program at UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospital San Francisco was established in 1982 and is ranked one of the highest in the nation for survival performance by the federally mandated review program of the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR). The Pediatric BMT unit provides lifesaving treatment to children with cancer as well as diseases of the immune system aplastic anemia inherited diseases of the bone marrow and some metabolic diseases.
The Nurse Practitioner will act as an independent member of the team taking responsibility for the safe delivery of care for BMT patients.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $95.69 $124.10 (Hourly Rate).

UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 6090 days but can vary.
