The Position

Were looking for a curious motivated and detailoriented Finance & Risk Analyst to join our collaborative Finance & Risk team.
In this role youll gain broad exposure tofinancial operations credit risk management and strategic finance projects. If youre someone who loves translating numbers into clear insights is excited about new technology and thrives in a supportive fastpaced environment youll feel right at home with us.

What Youll Do :
Financial planning and Strategic analysis :
Maintain and enhance financial modelsto support strategic business planning budgeting and project acquisitions providing clear actionable insights for growth.
Develop compellinginvestor materials and actively participate in discussions with current and potential partners integrating commercial operational and financial perspectives to effectively execute our companys strategic vision.
Credit & Risk Management :
Contribute to credit assessments portfolio monitoring and delinquency/default rates.
Helprefine internal risk metricsand perform risk assessments of Individuals Counterparties and Portfolios
Project Finance :
Help prepare essentialdocuments forfunding rounds loan drawdowns and bank involved in the financial side of new deals and acquisitions.
Reporting & Analysis :
Preparefinancial reports track budget vs. actuals and help turn data into decisionready insights for the leadership team.
Process & Tech Innovation :
Proactively identify opportunities for automationand improvement leveraging new technologies including AI to help our team work smarter.
Team Cooperation & Support :
Collaborateclosely on finance taskslike invoice reviews supplier onboarding and monthly closings to enhance forecasting and budgeting accuracy.
What You Bring

Have handson experiencein finance accounting or risk whether from work study or internships
Are familiar with tools like Datev Diamant or Python SAS or R a plus but not required
Have studied Finance Economics Math Scienceor a related field or gained equivalent experience in another way
Speak fluentEnglish and German
