Job Description
Experience: 8 years of Functional Configuration Experience in SAP ISOil Downstream
Location: Remote
Employment Type: FullTime/Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced SAP ISOil Downstream Consultants with strong functional configuration expertise. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of SAP ISOil modules focusing on contracts pricing hydrocarbon product management transportation & distribution TSW ticketing excise duty stock reconciliation and logistics invoice verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP ISOil Configuration: Configure and implement SAP ISOil Downstream functionalities to streamline business processes.
- Contracts & Pricing: Manage Customer/Vendor contracts quotes and pricing strategies.
- Quantity Conversions & Hydrocarbon Product Management: Ensure accurate quantity conversion and proper hydrocarbon product handling.
- Exchanges & Netting: Facilitate inventory exchanges netting and logical inventory adjustments.
- Transportation & Distribution: Optimize shipments transportation planning and costing.
- TSW (Trader s & Scheduler s Workbench): Manage nominations ticketing and scheduling of oil movements.
- Excise Duty Management: Configure excise duty calculations and compliance with taxation regulations.
- Stock Reconciliation & Valuation: Handle stock adjustments reconciliation and valuation processes.
- Logistics Invoice Verification & Workflow: Oversee the verification process for logistics invoices and streamline workflow approvals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth SAP ISOil operations.
- System Enhancements: Identify gaps propose solutions and implement system improvements aligned with industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of SAP Functional Configuration Experience with expertise in SAP ISOil Downstream.
- Strong understanding of contracts pricing transportation hydrocarbon product management and stock reconciliation.
- Handson experience with TSW Excise Duty and Logistics Invoice Verification.
- Ability to manage and optimize transportation & distribution processes.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP ISOil Certification is a plus.
- Experience in oil & gas industry projects.
- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (MM SD TM FI/CO PM).
