Job Description

Amazon Community Impact (ACI) is seeking a motivated Program Manager to support the execution and standardization of events across the ACI team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About ACI: Amazon Community Impact (ACI) leads community initiatives focused on education food security disaster relief housing affordability and volunteering in communities across the globe.


Key job responsibilities
Lead endtoend execution of ACI events
Implement and refine standardized processes for event management across global teams
Manage relationships with vendors and partners for event execution
Create and maintain event budgets and track basic metrics
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
Assist in developing process improvements and best practices for event management
Prepare eventrelated communications
Proactively address operational needs related to events
Create scalable activation templates that can be easily adapted for different event types and sizes
Collect and incorporate feedback from event participants to continuously improve experiences
Maintain a calendar of major events to ensure cross team coordination.


About the team

Through Amazon Future Engineer and other signature programs we aim to create lasting positive impact in our communities.



Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 years of experience in event management or program coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience working with crossfunctional teams
Events management experience
Experience with employee engagement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with vendor management and basic budget tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
