Job Description

As the Customer Success Operations Project Manager youll be key in driving initiatives that enhance our customer experience retention and engagement. Youll be part of a small but impactful Customer Success Operations team supporting the broader Customer Success organization through strategic project execution workflow optimization and datainformed initiative improvements.

This role combines strong project management skills with a sharp analytical mindset leveraging data to inform decisions measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. Youll bring structure insight and momentum to initiatives focused on reducing churn enhancing tooling and identifying trends all while helping to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer success programs.

What youll do:

  • Own and manage endtoend project lifecycles scoping planning execution delivery and retrospectives
  • Use data insights to optimize team workflows identify areas for improvement and drive performance
  • Collaborate across teams to align on goals timelines and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain project plans trackers and documentation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones and communicate progress through dashboards reports and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer performance and project data to determine impact and uncover opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule.

Who you are:

  • 3 years of experience in project management operations or strategy roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with handson experience in data analysis interpretation and visualization
  • Proficient in tools like Excel/Sheets and Tableau with the ability to selfserve data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative by nature with the ability to work seamlessly across crossfunctional teams
  • Independent and deadlinedriven able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Capable of distilling complex data into clear compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet Monday Jira etc.)
  • Skilled at breaking down complex challenges identifying opportunities for improvement and driving projects to completion
  • Focused on enhancing the customer experience increasing retention and ensuring operational efficiency within the Customer Success team
  • Indepth knowledge of Constant Contacts products and customer base is key to thriving in this role.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and work location. In addition some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
