Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator you will:

Be responsible for providing the highest level of support and service in meeting the daytoday operational client service marketing and business development needs of a Financial Advisor Group in a Baird branch office.

  • Support Financial Advisors in creating and implementing a client service model using CRM to ensure regular client touchpoints and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Work with Financial Advisors to build new business and enhance existing client relationships.
  • Act as a concierge and: design meeting content coordinate presentations prepare advisors for client meetings and follow through with client contact.
  • Create maintain and organize electronic files for immediate access and retrieval.
  • Coordinate client onboarding manage the prospect pipeline and establish ongoing communication/client service plans.
  • Organize and coordinate seminars and client events.
  • Partner with the Wealth Center marketing specialist to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Bairds Corporate Resource Groups to provide the best service and advice to clients.
  • Stay current on firm and industry policies and procedures and articulate requirements to clients as needed.
  • Execute digital and social media strategies for Financial Advisors including updates to websites and social media properties.
  • Gather data and submit applications for individual and team advisor recognition (Forbes Barrons etc.)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and streamline workflows to optimize team productivity.

What we look for:

  • 2 years of prior industry and/or administrative experience.
  • Focus on excellent client service.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and effectively navigate Bairds Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (including email); ability to adeptly exchange ideas and information.
  • Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Organized with consistent ability to prioritize workflow of team to achieve specific goals in a timely manner.
  • Good analytical and critical problemsolving skills
  • Recommend obtaining Series 7/63/65 licensure.
