  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay uptodate on market trends and local real estate regulations.
  • A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and eager to learn with a passion for real estate.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities.
  • Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools.
