Body Shop Painter Join Our AwardWinning Team!
Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis is seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Painter to join our fastpaced highquality collision center. We are committed to delivering toptier craftsmanship and service to every customer and were looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding masking and priming surfaces
Mix and match paint colors to factory specifications
Apply paint to vehicles with precision and attention to detail
Inspect finished jobs for quality and accuracy
Maintain clean workspace and comply with safety regulations
Collaborate with technicians estimators and management to ensure timely repairs
Stay current with the latest paint application techniques and products
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive painter (2 years preferred)
Knowledge of painting techniques equipment and materials
Ability to perform color matching and blending
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
ICAR ASE or OEM certifications (a plus but not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
