Job Description

Were seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support companywide HR and administrative processes. This is a hybrid position with flexibility for remote work.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Coordinate all aspects of new employee onboarding including prehire paperwork background checks I9 verification benefits enrollment and orientation scheduling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits assisting with enrollment changes and general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the administration of company programs policies and procedures ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports audits and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to general employee questions regarding policies procedures and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events coordination.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as needed.

As with any growing organization exact role responsibilities will evolve with changing needs. We are looking for a versatile candidate who thrives on new challenges and can readily adapt to additional responsibilities beyond those listed above.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience supporting HR functions for a federal contracting or technologyfocused company.
  • Familiarity with onboarding benefits administration and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
  • Knowledge of federal employment regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits platforms (e.g. ADP Paycom Gusto).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
  • US Citizenship is required due to client data requirements.
