Job Description
DUTIES:
Gather project specifications from the Federal clients Technical Leads (TLs) and creating plans to deliver the work by assigning work to Lead Developers and Engineers in four teams to fulfill monthly weekly and daily objectives.
Coordinate with Architect TLs and team members in a collaborative effort to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards using Radiant Logic OKTA Saviynt and Java technologies.
Recognize risks and create backup measures as soon as they are feasible.
Evaluate current operations and plan meetings to discuss enhancements.
Some job duties can be performed from home.
