Job Title: Commercial Landscape Installation Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated detailoriented and experienced Commercial Landscape Installation Project Manager to lead oversee and coordinate all phases of largescale landscape installation projects from ground breaking finalizing projects with strict deadlines to final walkthrough. This role demands an expert in scheduling resource allocation team coordination and client relationsensuring every project is delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in all phases of commercial landscape installation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with clients general contractors subcontractors suppliers and internal teams.
- Read and interpret landscape plans specifications and construction documents.
- Develop project schedules budgets and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and onbudget completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for installation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including daily reports change orders and project logs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscape construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques materials and equipment.
- Proven track record managing largescale commercial landscape projects.
- Proficient in reading blueprints site plans and construction documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational problemsolving time management and communication skills.
- Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- OSHA 30 Certification or similar safety training.
