In this role you will be also developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the assigned areas.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Onsite life extension repairing and inspectionrelated service activities for installed equipment.
Total system level troubleshooting on complex multisymptom problems.
Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues and acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
Assisting in Account Sales visits: help with training others where necessary identifying sales opportunities and communicating to account team.
Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time and ensuring timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in technical field.
Technical analytical skills.
Field Services experience (experience within healthcare industry would be a huge asset).
Ability to work in field and valid drive license.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
