PLM Product Owner

Product lifecycle Management team provides managed services for the ENOVIA/ 3DExperience PLM applications to Emerson businesses. Product Owner role is a key role within Emerson IT and will be responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team including working with Customers Business Owners and other stakeholders. This position will also collaborate with business level engineering organizations and build relationships that can be demonstrated to support the achievement of business objectives

• Work closely with the Product Management architecture and technical/delivery leadership to refine and prioritize the backlog of features and user stories.
• Collaborate with the business stakeholders on refining the scope of features
• Consider business needs and feasibility aspects to prioritize the team backlog.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria and drive backlog refinement events
• Engage with Business Leaders development team program team users and partners to understand processes needs product vision roadmap deliver solutions enhancements and resolution of issues
• Supervise and track project tasks and resource requirements time to time for different phases of implementation
• Adhere to project timelines to meet and achieve ontime delivery
• Work closely with collaborators customers to assess value develop cases and prioritize epics features and stories create and maintain a program backlog according to defined business value and/or return on investment targets
• Ensures proper communication within project team; ensures project status issues and successes are communicated to project governance and documented appropriately
• Collaborate with the businesses to develop and implement performance measures and other important business metrics.
• Prepare and make presentations to users and management
• Compliance with IT policy standard procedures documentation security etc.

You make implementation plans that allocate resources precisely. You pursue everything with energy drive and the need to finish.

• Must have minimum of 57 years in IT as a technofunctional role supporting various IT Applications
• Understanding of Project important metrics SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of important metrics
• Required experience in Manufacturing /Supply chain/ Product Life cycle/Inventory domain.
• It would be good if candidate has worked as business analyst in any of the mentioned domain.
• Experience with leading projects on both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps is must to have
• Ability to learn and understand additional areas of the business and learn new software and technologies
• Ability to plan and handle short and longterm projects
• Ability to work with people in varied organizational relationships
• Knowledge of PO Roles & Responsibilities within a SAFe environment
• Understanding of project management phases techniques and tools for a successful execution of Waterfall Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Possess strong analytical communication and organizational skills
• Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence.

• BA/BS/ BE/BTech degree in Business Information Systems Technology or related area Equivalent experience in BTech with a technical background (MIS Computer Science Engineering or any related field)
• Good interpersonal skills using English both spoken and written as will be working with overseas team
• Knowledge of PLM Tools Enovia/ Windchill/Teamcenter
• Scale Agile SAFe for Teams certificate
• Scale Agile SAFe for Product Owner/Product Manager certificate
