About the Role:
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon your role will be pivotal in leading the veterinary team and providing mentorship to vets and nurses. You will have the opportunity to:
Lead and inspire the team ensuring a high standard of patient care and clinical excellence.
Mentor and support junior vets and nurses helping them build confidence and refine their skills.
Play a key role in practice development contributing to clinical meetings and service improvements.
Manage a varied caseload covering both routine and complex procedures.
Have future career growth opportunities including potential partnership prospects for the right candidate.

What Were Looking For:
A qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with strong clinical experience.
Passion for mentoring and coaching within the veterinary profession.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive enthusiastic approach with a commitment to delivering the best patient care.
Interest in feline medicine is a bonus though not essential.
What We Offer:
Salary starting from 60000 (DOE)
3040 hours per week with no outofhours & just 1:5 weekends (parttime applicants welcome!)
