As a Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits International you will report to the VP Compensation and oversee our compensation and benefits programs internationally. You will support our teams in London Seoul Paris Hong Kong and our bureaus in 28 additional countries. You will provide direction and guidance to leadership and local HR on compensation and benefits processes including benchmarking policy interpretation job evaluation employee perks and wellness programs.
You will be in a hybrid position where you will work out of either our NYC or London headquarters 3 days per week. We are open to considering candidates based both in the US and UK.
