Your Impact

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deliverect you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts in the restaurant grocery and hospitality industries. Your role will directly impact Deliverects growth and market expansion as you build strong relationships with Clevel executives understand their business challenges and present tailored SaaS solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a highimpact strategic role that will play a key part in solidifying Deliverects position as the leading platform for integrating online orders with POS systems in the foodservice industry.

Key Highlights

Enterprise Sales Execution: Drive new business and grow Deliverects footprint by closing deals with large enterprise clients exceeding sales quotas.

Strategic Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with Clevel executives positioning Deliverect as a key solution for business growth and digital transformation.

Solution Selling: Deliver customized solutions through a consultative sales approach showcasing how Deliverect can solve pain points and drive measurable ROI.

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities expand Deliverects market share and secure longterm partnerships in the restaurant grocery and hospitality sectors.

A Typical Day:

    • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing targeting highvalue clients. Youll tailor proposals create presentations and demonstrate how Deliverects platform can address unique client needs.
    • Build longterm relationships with Clevel executives and decisionmakers. Youll be a trusted advisor understanding their business objectives and aligning Deliverects solutions to their growth strategies.
    • Present detailed proposals that illustrate the ROI of Deliverects SaaS platform. Conduct product demos and lead negotiations to close mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator. Youll ensure timely followup accurate forecasting and progression of deals through the sales funnel.
    • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration of solutions and client success.
    • Regularly report on pipeline health sales activities and key performance metrics. Youll analyze trends and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
    • Act as the voice of the customer sharing insights with the product and marketing teams to drive product development and improve the customer experience.

Your Expertise:

    • Experience: 5 years of experience in SaaS sales with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality restaurant or grocery industries. Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales quotas and managing long sales cycles.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
    • Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with Clevel executives creating trust and positioning Deliverect as a strategic partner.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) sales enablement tools (Sales Navigator) and communication platforms (Slack Zoom).
    • Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges. Ability to negotiate contracts that satisfy both Deliverect and the clients objectives.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets contributing to Deliverects overall revenue growth.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely followups on all opportunities.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to longterm retention and upsell opportunities by demonstrating value and delivering solutions.
    • Identify and close new enterprise deals within the restaurant grocery and hospitality sectors helping Deliverect expand its market share.
    • Full authority to negotiate deal terms pricing and contracts within preapproved guidelines.

Additional Information:

    • This role includes targeted bonuses and commissions paid quarterly and annually based on net new partner retention and onsell and upsell quotas.
    • This is a fulltime hybrid role with a flexible work schedule offering 4 days in our Toronto downtown office and 1 day of remote work. Fluency in English is required with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
    • This role also requires occasional travel (12 trips per quarter) to attend customer meetings or industry conferences.
