EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (64 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status:Permanent Part Time
Salary:Part Time hourly rate: $37.6763 to $41.6526 depending on experience qualifications plus 11.5% superannuation. Salary packaging is also available.
About the Role:
The Workplace Trainer and Careers Advisor role is responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for nonclinical employees covered under the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement.
The role is required to work at all 3 campuses of NCN Health as part of the People and Culture Department providing essential training and assessment activities for nonclinical staff of NCN Health including; designing and developing learning programs; using training packages and accredited courses across Certificate II to Diploma levels to meet employees needs for classifications covered by the Agreement and as directed by the OHS Manager or Director of People and role will also support nonclinical staff in relation to possible career pathways and areas of potential future training and employment.
This role also manages the Mandatory Training system for all NCN Health staff.
As this role works across all NCN Health campuses a driving licence and car and flexibility to move between working locations to meet business needs is essential.
