We are seeking someone who is hands on and can generate content for our social media channels including but not limited to Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Tik Tok and You Tube. You will be resourceful and creative with an ability to take a concept and run with it right through to posting helping us to drive and grow our brand exposure.
This parttime role will be responsible for social media content creation and executing a range of strategies and initiatives that align with our brand and drive engagement utilising multiple software applications and platforms. Reporting to the Hub Marketing Manager this is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate social media & content creator to excel in a dynamic industry and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that engage with our community.
- Create eyecatching social media designs using social media platforms.
- Develop engaging captions ad copy and social media content that aligns with our brand voice and personality.
- Ensure we are ahead of the game by monitoring trending audio viral content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Responding to customer DMs and comments whilst fostering strong relationships with our audience.
- Manage and identify usergenerated content collaborations efficiently ensuring smooth coordination with influencers and customers.
- Work with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns relating to for product launches promotions and collaborations.
- Track and analyse key social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Execute all social media posts and emails in alignment with current sales and marketing framework
Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in Visual Arts Visual Design or Media or partway towards completion.
- Experience and proven success in a similar position.
- Skilled in the use of content scheduling platforms such as Instagram Facebook Google Analytics as well as other platforms.
- The ability to develop creative integrative social media campaigns aligning with marketing and business objectives.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously coupled with great organisational skills and attention to detail.
