Job Description
TGGhas partnered with a niche Property Management group that is seeking to add aSenior Property/Corporate Accountantto their established team.
Overview:
- Prepare and/or oversee company accounting functions.
- Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Perform monthly financial statement closes.
- Oversee bimonthly check run commit and pay ACH payables.
- Prepare and file quarterly sales tax quarterly lending report.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports cost analysis and rate studies.
- Investigate and resolve audit findings account discrepancies and issues of noncompliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
- 4 years of experience in property accounting.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Excel spreadsheets or related accounting software.
