    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. California Teaching Credential
    2. Experience implementing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) and/or Response to Intervention (RTI) in the classroom or other school related settings
    3. Experience planning and conducting professional development
    4. Knowledge and understanding of research related to MTSS SEL PBIS and their relationship to supporting academic achievement and a positive school climate
    5. Ability to work collaboratively with staff students and other groups and gain consensus related to project implementation and other problem solving; skill accuracy in oral and written expression; skill in data analysis
    6. Valid California drivers license and personal car for use on district business

    REPORTS TO: Administrator as assigned

    FUNCTION: To provide training coaching and technical assistance to school teams and staff in developing implementing monitoring and
    sustaining academic and socialemotional structures and supports within a MultiTiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks.

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Assists school sites in the development implementation monitoring and refinement of systems and structures related to MTSS
    2. Demonstrates effective strategies teaching techniques and practices for supporting academic and socialemotional learning
    3. Organizes facilitates and provides professional development related to socialemotionallearning (SEL)
    4. Collects and monitors school and district databases to track and analyze school data related to implementation of MTSS systems and structures
    5. Provides professional development consultative and data analysis support to staff supporting the implementation of MTSS systems and structures6. Provides professional development and consultative services to school MTSS teams in implementation of primary secondary and tertiary MTSS supports for students
    6. Assesses needs and assists in development implementation and evaluation of MTSS systems and practices
    7. Plans collaboratively with district and site personnel to improve implementation of MTSS systems and practices
    8. Participates in local and statewide MTSS conferences and meetings as required
    9. Performs other related duties as assigned


    SALARY: $68292 $133656 annually (Max. salary includes educational stipends)

    EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the District Improvement of Professional Services handbook Board Policies and Procedures and consistent
    with collectivebargaining agreements when applicable

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

    Some positions may require proof of privately owned automobile insurance and the possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle operators license. Fingerprint clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met. Must present verification of completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training or obtain verification within six (6) weeks of hire and annually thereafter as required by the California Child Abuse Neglect Reporting Act.
