Job Description

Early Learning Connections



The agency is currently accepting applications for a fulltime Administrative Support Specialist located in Butler County. The position will support the Early Learning Resource Center Region 3 (ELRC 3) program involving client intakes resource and referral childcare provider functions and general office operations. You will work in collaboration with ELRC leadership to provide support for the office operations and the clients and providers we serve. Special projects will be assigned by your supervisor and be an ongoing part of this position.


Applicants must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word TEAMS Outlook and Excel. General experience working with office equipment and phone systems is essential. This position requires multitasking excellent data entry organization and communication skills as well as being comfortable working with the public. The candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow multistep instructions to perform daily tasks.
