Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Solutions Utility to join our team. The Credit Solutions Utility will be responsible for providing support to the credit solutions team assisting with research data analysis and various administrative tasks.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent. Collection or Fraud experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversight of the Credit Solutions Email Inbox.
- Perform all transfers and offsets for Collectors on requested accounts.
- Work Temenos queue to ensure all address change forms are sent to Operations for correction.
- Excellent listening and communication skills must be able to work tactfully with membership and third party vendors.
- Note Temenos with return mail information and place returned mail warning in Core system.
- Complete loan correction forms as presented to ensure payment application to loans is corrected accurately and timely.
- Shepherd accounts when vehicle is out for repossession until collateral is secured and available for liquidation.
- Send Cure Notices to members when applicable.
- Assist with collection lists as needed.
- Assist with inbound credit solutions phone calls when call volume demand is high.
- Back up Credit Specialist and Repossession Inventory Specialist processes.
- Collect bundle and track charged off loans for potential third party collection or sale.
