COMPENSATION:
The standard pay range for this role is between $80000 and $100000 plus the possibility of additional performance based incentives.
The salary will vary based on criteria such as education experience and qualifications of the applicant location internal equity and alignment with the market.
LOCATION DETAILS: Columbia MD
WORK HOURS: Hours may vary based on the team and customers needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Travel in the field with Sales Pros to help develop new accounts and increase sales in current accounts expected to be ten (10) or more business days a month as well as time participating in regional Coaches Clinics/Shows conferences and territory events.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
BSN Sports is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead/support the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. A Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales gross profit and maximizing market share in the assigned territory.
A Sales Managerwill represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.
