Job Description
Were looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support our global Customer Solutions team. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless customer journey from quoting and order processing to compliance checks and Export Control. Youll be a key link between internal teams and external partners making sure every part of the process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing in line with SLAs coordinating across regional and offshore teams.
- Provide responsive support to Sales and Service teams handling escalations quoting requests and queries promptly.
- Manage Export Control and D&B compliance checks for all accounts and orders.
- Liaise with thirdparty logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Manually pick orders and create or amend complex orders within Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Support continuous improvement by working closely with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports and highlight any recurring issues.
Requirements
Essential:
- Extensive manual quoting experience.
- Experience in customer service and order processing roles.
- Handson experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in report creation and analysis using multiple data sources.
- A selfstarter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
Desirable:
- Understanding of ERP systems especially modules related to finance logistics and supply chain.
- Familiarity with the full customer journey from order to delivery.
- Previous experience in an operations or customer support role with direct enduser interaction.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholdersto deliver projects or resolve support tickets within SLAs.
- Motivated to grow and learn with a proactive approach to professional development.
The salary for this role is between $63000 $80000 USD. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate.
