JOB SUMMARY
The Principal Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of our Data and Analytics Platform across TriNet ensuring they are scalable maintainable and in line with industry best practices. This role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML ML Ops Data Lake Data Warehouse ETL etc. as well as the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional cross domains teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities % TIME
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design development and implementation of scalable Artificial intelligence Machine Learning Data Lake Data Warehouse (AI/ML/DL/DW) and Analytics solutions ensuring alignment with our functional and nonfunctional requirements.20%
Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance to the solutions architects across the team advising on best practices code quality deployment monitoring scalability and security of our solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems providing architectural guidance and technical leadership.20%
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers subject matter experts within the lines of business developers and quality assurance to align architectural decisions with business requirements. Drive cross domain E2E solutioning Technical Design.5%
Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our D&A solutions.
Evaluate Select and Prove appropriate AI/ML/DL/DW frameworks tools and technologies staying current with industry trends and advancements. Define and manage the technical roadmap for AI/ML/DL/DW initiatives aligning with the overall D&A architecture strategy. 10%
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the architectural choices result in highquality efficient and maintainable code. Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in D&A practices. 10%
Documentation: Oversee the documentation of AI/ML/DL/DW architectures workflows and processes ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.10%

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Details Required/Preferred
Bachelors Degreein Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required
Masters Degreein Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience preferred
Work Experience Required/Preferred
Typically 10 yearsexperience in solution development business analysis or application development. Required
Experience developing architecture blueprints strategies and roadmapsRequired
Typically 6 yearsProviding architectural leadership within a domain per the key
Experience developing collaborating and communicating strategies and programs across variety of technical and business audiences including CLevel executives. Required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of experience in development (ELT ETL Data Engineering Python Data Modeling) as well as reporting tools (Tableau)
Experience with database technologies like MySQL MongoDB RedShift and Oracle
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS OCI)
Experience with DevOps Practices including CI/CD pipelines and security best practices
Understanding of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration network and security
Knowledge of information principles and processes
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall spiral agile software development rapid prototyping incremental synchronize and stabilize and DevOps)
Excellent analytical planning organizational and technical and skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting domain business processes business capabilities data flow/lineage/ technical services.

The salary range for this role is $122200.00 to $268900.00. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.
A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
