PartTime Recruiter Help Build Our Compassionate Care Team!
Concierge Care is a locally owned and operated senior home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and highquality care to seniors in seven counties surroundingChicago. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PartTime Recruiter to join our growing team at Concierge Care. In this role you will be instrumental in attracting engaging and hiring compassionate and skilled individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys connecting with people.
What Youll Do:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for caregiver positions including:
- Developing and posting engaging job descriptions on various online platforms and community boards.
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards social media referrals etc.).
- Screening applications and conducting initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating inperson interviews with hiring managers.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conducting reference checks and assisting with background checks.
- Extending job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the ongoing staffing needs of Concierge Care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations vocational schools and other potential referral sources in the Oak Brook area and surrounding communities.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HRrelated tasks as needed.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a parttime capacity.
- Proficiency in using online job boards social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine passion for connecting with people and understanding their career goals.
