What We Look For in Future Implementation Engineer Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:
Handson experience implementing SaaS networkbased or clientside software
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS IP ranges firewalls proxies etc.)
Comfort working with school district IT teams and managing multiple rollouts
Troubleshooting and solution design skills (bonus for scripting PowerShell or commandline experience)
A track record of guiding customers through technical onboarding with clarity and empathy
The ability to partner crossfunctionally with support engineering and product teams
Who You Are
A technicallyminded communicator with a servicefirst approach
Detailoriented organized and confident managing multiple implementations at once
Skilled at explaining complex systems to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Curious and selfdirected in a remotefirst environment
Passionate about helping schools succeed with studentfocused technology
