Were looking for a highly handson Paid Search Manager (fulltime) to own and scale our paid search efforts across nonbrand brand and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns in Vienna or London (remote). This role is central to our performance marketing team and is focused on driving efficient new customer acquisition through smart databacked decisionmaking.

Youll work directly with the Head of Performance Marketing and will be responsible for endtoend execution planning building optimizing and scaling search campaigns in a complex global account setup. What Your Adventure will look like:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of paid search campaigns across Google Ads Microsoft Ads and PMaxplanning launching managing and optimizing every detail.
  • Operate acrossmultimarket multilanguage accounts adapting strategy and messaging to varied customer journeys.
  • UseSearch Ads 360 (SA360)for campaign management automation reporting and crossplatform optimization.
  • Focus onnonbrand acquisitionefficiency while also managing brand terms and driving incremental value from PMax campaigns.
  • Design and testconversion proxy strategiesthat optimize toward midfunnel and lowfunnel micro conversions and predictive value.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics to measureclick cohort LTV apply performance insights and make datainformed optimization decisions.
  • Navigatemultitouch attribution modelsto better understand true contribution and guide bidding and budgeting strategies.
  • Proactively share insights identify new growth opportunities and regularly report on performance learnings and next steps.
  • Partner with internal teams (analytics content creative product) and external agencies as needed to ensure alignment and performance.

What youll need to bring to Your Adventure:

  • 36 years of handson experience running paid search campaigns in Google Ads including Performance Max and international account structures.
  • Proven experience managinglargescale budgetsand multimarket search remits with a strong track record of driving efficiency and growth across complex account structures.
  • Strong familiarity withSA360or similar tools for campaign management at scale.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through paid search withefficient customer acquisitionand solid ROAS.
  • Comfort working withconversion proxy signals predictive optimization and LTVbased performance models.
  • Deep understanding ofsearch campaign mechanics auction dynamics and performance levers across funnel stages.
  • Excellent analytical skills you know your way around reporting tools and love pulling your own insights.
  • Agency experience is welcome provided your role was handson and focused on real performance outcomes.
  • Proactive detailoriented and ready to roll up your sleeves to make an impact.
