Job Description
Taylor and Clay are now seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Bullitt Hotel.
At Bullitt Hotel we shoot from the hip. Our nononsense philosophy means weve ditched the overthetop extras so that we can deliver a quality service without the fuss.
Our awardwinning restaurant Taylor & Clay boasts an open kitchen built around our incredible Asador woodfired grill while our rooftop restaurant Tetto sports a bespoke robata grill. Either way youll be cooking the best local meat seafood and vegetables to deliver some of the finest food in the city.
Rate of pay: fromdependent upon experience
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in a busy modern kitchen
- Good knowledge of HACCP food safety practices and regulations
