The Portsmouth Academyis seeking to appoint aTeacher of Geography & Historyto join our team ofcommitted professionals teaching our fantastic students from years 7 11.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Plan implement and deliveran appropriately broad balanced relevant and differentiated curriculum for KS3 & KS4 students
- Monitor and supportthe overall progress and development of students
- Facilitate and encouragea learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- Contribute to raising standardsof student progress and attainment
- Integrate the Thinking Schools ethosinto all aspects of school life to develop students as thinkers enabling them to achieve success and be their best selves
