This is an exciting opportunity to bring visual storytelling to life across digital and print platformscreating resources that raise awareness amplify our impact and help clients access the information they need.

About Knowmore

Knowmore Legal Service is a nationwide service supporting victimsurvivors of childhood abuse and the Stolen Generations in accessing legal redress and justice. Our team provides free legal assistance financial counselling social support and specialised cultural support for First Nations people to help victimsurvivors navigate their compensation and redress options. This includes assistance in applying to the National Redress Scheme Victims of Crime Compensation Schemes and the Territories Stolen Generation Redress Scheme.

With a traumainformed and culturally safe approach we empower victimsurvivors to make informed choices on their path to healing and justice.

At Knowmore we stand with victimsurvivors every step of the way.

What youll be doing:

As our Graphic Designer youll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audiences. Youll:

  • Create a wide range of visual assetsincluding logos infographics iconography and marketing materialsfor print digital and social platforms
  • Design and produce video and digital content for web and social media (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter) eDMs and newsletters
  • Develop branded templates and collateral that align with Knowmores identity and voice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful culturally safe traumainformed and accessible design solutions
  • Manage print production liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of highquality outputs

What youll bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing across digital and print (commercial or notforprofit settings)
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Experience producing shortform video content for digital use
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual style
  • Flexibility collaboration and the ability to respond to competing priorities
  • Confidence working with sensitive subject matter in a respectful and thoughtful manner

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in photography editing and/or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor)
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related discipline
