What will your day look like

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware software and network issues.
• Maintain and support desktop laptop printers mobile devices to ensure smooth operation for all endusers.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the installation configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
• Provide remote and onsite technical assistance and training to endusers as required.
• Document processes and issues including solutions in knowledge base

In simple terms as a Technical Analyst no two days will be the same! Yes its a fastpaced environment but guess what We really like to have fun and celebrate success. Skills & Experience we are looking for

• Jira Service Management Confluence Intune Azure Microsoft Teams experience is required.
• Hybrid mail environments and mobile devices desirable
